Website design for interior studio Narrative Studio
Goal:
To design a website for an interior design studio, focusing on the studio’s work. The decision was made to maintain a clean layout and minimalism.
Solution:
A modern, clean, and easy-to-read website with user-friendly navigation immerses users in the studio’s processes and style. A simple, classic color palette doesn’t distract from the studio’s work. The layout and design are anchored to a column grid, ensuring a clear and organized feel.
Website design for an english school SparkTalk
Goal:
Develop a website design for an English school that would stand out from the competition. A competitor analysis revealed that 80% of English courses and schools use graphics and colors associated with the UK, which is completely unmemorable and prevents users from distinguishing the site from other similar websites.
Solution:
A departure from the British flag, Big Ben, and other clichéd associations with English. The use of modern, clean graphics with 3D elements floating in the air and the color orange sets the school apart and makes it memorable. Pencil-drawn lines and underlines connect us to the topic of study and notes, but without making us feel like we’re bored and "should" be studying.
The second block used the golden ratio and color accents to gently guide the user’s gaze through the bars to the button.
The website’s clean orange color scheme and graphics create a friendly tone essential for comfortable learning. The rounded edges of the website elements and neat, minimalist icons remove the rigidity and sense of obligation to learn. These elements draw the user in, while the custom buttons and layout create a playful element, creating a desire to learn.
